Innumerable requirements, wishes and needs need to be reconciled and communicated to all involved. In addition, there is usually a tight time frame and an important fact: you usually have “only one shot” – clear, concise and understandable communication and a consistent, but fair dealings are here therefore the A & O.
In the staging, the event director is the central mediator and often also a buffer and filter between all those involved – especially when the nervousness increases, the director faces the central task of the calming pole.
We offer more than 15 years of experience in planning and implementation for a perfectly organised stage direction at events of all kinds. We know about the concerns, wishes and needs of the different stakeholders – trades, producers, artist agencies and of course end customers. The event direction is the linchpin and is the communicative interface during the event.

The success of an event is never based on one person alone. Rather, success is the result of the concerted effort of all those involved. This is a guiding principle for working as a director. For this it is important to give everyone involved the deserved appreciation and a positive motivation.

Especially with tight rehearsal times and short-term planning, the well-founded know-how is used to lead event planning to success in the final meters.
During the rehearsals we take care of all the actors on the stage, providing them with advice so that they feel at home on the stage and have everything at their fingertips to deliver optimum performance.
